to provide advice and practical solutions to help you plan
your ideal interior. Design services are charged on an
hourly rate unless stated otherwise and are available
individually or in conjunction with our comprehensive
building services.

Colour is one of the most fundamental elements of
decoration and yet can be one of the most difficult to get
right. The colours we surround ourselves with reflect our
style and taste and current trends but can also affect our
mood; inspire, relax, energise, calm or stimulate. Light is
one of the most influential factors when choosing colours
but existing furnishings, pictures and the building itself
all deserve consideration. By providing a consultation in
your home we are able to assess your personal style and
taste to suggest the best colours to transform your
environment.

Design
and Planning
Design & planning for kitchens and bathrooms with an
emphasis on practicality and function. Our design
consultant will guide you through the development of your
ideas and practical requirements to help you visualise and
realise your ideal interior. Technical and stylistic
requirements are balanced with practical elements to create
inspiring designs custom built around you, your budget and
timescales.
The service includes home consultation, measure up, scaled
floor plans, wall elevations to scale, product suggestions
and costings. The final design will be presented on a mood
board illustrating the layout, product suggestions and
samples where applicable.
Product
Sourcing
With an infinite range of merchandise available, it can be
difficult to source appropriate products to suit your style
and budget. Available in conjunction with Design and
Planning or individually, our product sourcing service aims
to take the leg-work out of finding the elements required
to create your ideal space. We have a global resource
library to refer to and a good working knowledge of local
and international outlets to source from. Within reason,
our aim is to find the right products at the best price and
supply them direct to your door.

Planning
for Building works
When undertaking any major works we will discuss with the
local mairie what permissions must be sought before works
can commence. All application paperwork; specifications,
technical drawings and projected illustrations can be
completed and submitted on your behalf and monitored to
ensure a timely response.
Where the property is in a protected zone, all additional
submission criteria will be adhered to.
Project
Outline and summary of works
In order to ensure a smooth running schedule during
building works it is advisable to provide the building team
with an outline of the project and a summary of works to be
undertaken. This document clarifies what works are required
and is signed off by the client and building team so there
is no misunderstandings or associated delays.
Should there be any changes required during works, the
summary will be updated and schedule revised to make sure
any additional time or cost is confirmed and agreed by both
parties. By working with a schedule you can be sure that
works are completed to an agreed timetable within budget.
