Property Maintenance Package
* If Property
renovations are being undertaken, visit the property as
required. Report back with update on progress and with
support JPEGS
* Visit the property once a month in your absence to check
the interior and exterior for any obvious signs of problems.
Report back after each visit. If work is required to be
undertaken, we will send you information of the extent of
work and get our Artisans to send you a quote.
* Your Garden and Pool can be maintained too. The Company we
use,who specialise in the Aude and Herault, as well as using
organic gardening methods, can be seen at this

* Indoor plants can be watered as required
* Key Watch. Key holding for friends and family. As key
holders, we can let in Utility Companies- such as the
EDF/GDF/France Telecom should they require access to the
house.Also, if there have been snow,floods or any other major
weather problems, we will visit the property as soon as we
can and report back.
* Our Artisans can undertake the following work:
Painting/Decorating (interior and exterior) ; Tiling; All
Carpentry ( including making windows and doors) ; Kitchen and
Bathroom design and installations (have a look at some of
our recent projects-) : Electricity and
Plumbing
* Geographical area of operation:
We operate WITHIN the Beziers/Narbonne/Carcassonne Triangle.
* Costs
We will quote for each individual request. Our most popular
package is our yearly Property Maintenance one, that start at
