according to your requirements and charged on a case by
case basis. We prefer to visit the property with you and
discuss your requirements on site before quoting.
Please
note: We do not provide a Changeover, Laundry nor Meet
& Greet service.
• Regular property checks in
your absence. Plant watering as required.
• Emergency checks following
storms or high winds where applicable.
• Reporting of any issues or
damages needing attention with photographs and quotes for
remedial works or replacement items if necessary.
• Key-holding for guests
[collection from central location]. We can also allow
access for Utility companies by arrangement. EDF/GDF/France
Telecom.
• Call out service in case of
emergency.
• Pre-season Maintenance.
Painting in areas of wear &
tear, maintenance and repair jobs, boiler and appliance
checks.
• Our building contacts can
undertake all building and maintenance works as required.
General building, carpentry
including renovation or replacement of windows, shutters
and doors, tiling, painting and decorating [internal and
external], electrics, plumbing, design and planning,
furnishing plus hard and soft landscaping.
