Gite Care Package
* In your absence and when
the Gite is not booked, we can visit the Property monthly. We
will check the interior as well as the exterior for any signs
of damage, leaks, cracks or any sign of potential problems.
We will report back after each visit, with JPEGS if
necessary.
* At the beginning of your letting season, we can freshen up
areas that have had some wear and tear and scuff marks. Any
other damages that have occurred can be made good. Boilers
and all major appliances will be checked.
* Your Garden
and Pool can be maintained too. The Company we use,who
specialise in the Aude and Herault, as well as using organic
gardening methods, can be seen at this Link
* Key Watch. Key holding for friends and family. As key
holders, we can let in Utility Companies- such as the
EDF/GDF/France Telecom should they require access to the
Gite.Also, if there have been snow,floods or any other major
weather problems, we will visit the property as soon as we
can and report back.
* Geographical area of operation:
We operate WITHIN the Beziers/Narbonne/Carcassonne Triangle.
* Costs. Please fill in our Contact form and we will quote you
accordingly. We prefer to visit you on site before
quoting.
